Mari is an outstanding professional in the field of human services and community advocacy. She has extensive experience in community-based leadership, including serving as Chair on the Boulder County Head Start Policy Council parent board. Mari has worked in human services in Boulder for over four years. Her dedication to community advocacy and social justice for all is evident in her work with underserved and Spanish-speaking communities. Mari is committed to advocating for the rights of all Colorado residents. Her bi-culturalism and lived experience are valuable assets when working with diverse teams. Mari strives to identify community concerns and empower disenfranchised communities to find ways to advocate for themselves.
