Each Sunday you’ll receive an email with the focus of the week, right before the new challenge begins on Monday. Midweek, you’ll get a dose of motivation, inspiration, and practice on the topic. At week’s end, you’ll get an email recap from me with raw, unfiltered, and sometimes humorous insights as I embark on this journey alongside you.
